Check Your Followers List
Step 1:
Open the Instagram app and tap on your “Profile icon” at the bottom.
Step 2:
Tap on “Followers” on your profile.
Step 3:
Use the search bar to find a person’s profile or visit thoroughly your follower list. If you can’t locate someone on the follower list, they aren’t following you.
Check the Following List of Other User’s profile
Step 1:
Go to the person’s profile using the Instagram search bar.
Step 2:
Once you are on their profile, tap on “Following.”
Step 3:
Search your user name. If you can’t find your account in their following list, they have stopped following you.
Use a Third-Party App to Know Who has Unfollowed You
The third party can also determine who unfollowed you and have all the basic analytics that your original Instagram account has.
